Heard Sri Ramendra Kumar Shukla (AoR No. A/R 1038/22) holding brief of Sri Puneet Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was appointed as a Sweeper in the year 1986 and he superannuated on 30.06.2024, however, an amount of Rs.364654/- has been recovered. 3. Today, instructions have been forwarded by Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, according to which now an order came to be passed for pay-fixation on 04.08.2025. According to him, it is for the writ petitionerr to question the said order. 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh challenging the said order. 5. A copy of the instructions be served upon the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 6. The writ petition is dismissed as
