Heard Sri Raja Ullah Khan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was inducted in Prantiya Rakshak Dal, however, due to non-loading of the data, he is not being permitted to perform his duties since 2023. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
