Heard Sri Ramendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Sri Dhananjay Awasthi for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is working as Class-IV employee since July 2011, but he has not been accorded minimum of the pay-scale which amounts to Rs.18000/- per month in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sabhashankar Dubey vs. Divisional Forest Officer, (2019) 12 SCC 297. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
