The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be the wife of Late Mayank Raj with whom marriage stood solemnized on 09.02.2020 and he was working as X-ray Technician, who expired on 09.03.2025. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction for according compassionate appointment. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that there happens to be a Divorce Petition preferred under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, but whatever might be, the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 5.
