The writ petitioners claim themselves to be appointed as Computer Data Entry Operators, however, they have not been paid incentives and arrears of salary, which they are entitled to, as per letter dated 09.01.2025 and 04.02.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioners needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.8, Chief Medical Officer/Secretary, District Health Society (DHS), Bijnor. 4.
