Heard Sri Alok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Sri Azad Rai for the Gaon Sabha. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she was engaged as Panchayat Sahayak/Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid honorarium w.e.f. January 2024 till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Prayagraj. 4.
