The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Dark Room Assistant on 29.09.1995. The writ petitioner claims that he has been doing work of X-ray Technician and there is a Government Order dated 24.01.1997 whereby it is provided that 25% of posts of X-ray Technicians may be filled up by appointing the Dark Room Assistants after they had completed the training of X-ray Technicians. 4.
