The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Computer Operator Grade-A and he was accorded promotion on the post of Computer Operator Group-B/ Assistant Sub Inspector. The order came to be passed on 14.06.2025 transferring the writ petitioner from District Sambhal to Shahjanapur. Challenging the same, the writ petitioner preferred a Writ-A No.8877 of 2025, which was disposed of 08.07.2025 requiring the authorities to consider the claim and thereafter, the Superintendent of Police, Sambhal/ Assistant Director through its Additional Director General of Police Technical Service Headquarter U.P.
