The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Constable in the year 1977 and he joined the duties on 17.02.1977 and thereafter he was promoted on the post of Sub-Inspector and superannuated on 31.07.2014. According to the writ petitioner, the respondents are not extending the full pension of the writ petitioner on the ground that in view of the Government order dated 08.12.2008, the commutation of pension is to be done after 15 years. 4.
