Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner was appointed as Junior Engineer on 01.12.1993 and he was accorded promotion on 26.06.2008 and superannuated on 28.02.2011. The husband of the writ petitioner was paid post retiral dues to the tune of Rs.8,52,235/-, but the interest has not been paid. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.4, who on the said motion
