Heard Sri Chandan Bhaggat, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents as well as Shri Sher Bahadur Singh, counsel for the respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that there happens to be a resolution of the appointment of the writ petitioner as Care Taker/ Cleaner of Community Toilet, Sapaha but the writ petitioner has not been accorded joining. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the fifth respondent, Block Development Officer, Block Pooranpur, District Pilibhit. 5.
