Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that her husband namely Shiv Ratna Singh was a constable expired on 29.11.2013 and the son of the writ petitioner, Anuj Kumar, was accorded compassionate appointment and thereafter on 29.02.2024, he also expired. The writ petitioner claims that she is entitled to family pension, Group Insurance, Leave Encashment, Gratuity and other benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that though there happens to be a recital in para-11 of the writ petition about the name of one Smt. Kajal Sengar as nominee of the deceased, thus she may also be heard. 4.
