A preliminary objection has been raised by the counsel for the respondents that the writ petition is not maintainable, as writ petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal, particularly when claim of compassionate appointment from the Railways. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said fact. 4. Interference is declined. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal having the territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
