The present writ petition has been filed for seeking following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the directing the respondent no. 2 issue the appointment letter to the petitioner in pursuance of the letter dated 06.06.2025 submitted by respondent no. 3 before respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice. ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. iii) Award the costs of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner." 3. This Court entertained the writ petition on 02.02.2026 while passing the following orders: "On the request of learned counsel for the writ petitioner, put up this case along with the records of Writ-A No. 1675
