The case of the writ petitioner is that he was selected as Police Constable in the year 1983 and he promoted as Head Constable and presently as Sub Inspector and he superannuated on 30.06.2024, however, now by virtue of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by second respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh, District Aligarh now the salary has been reduced from Rs. 66,000/- to 60,400/-.
