The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they are working on the post of Computer-cum-Data Entry Operators, however, though there happens to be a recommendation, but the incentive amount and arrears have not been paid for the month of April 2022 to March 2023 in pursuance of the order dated 09.01.2025. 3. Learned counsels for the respondents submit that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the competent authority. 4.
