Heard Sri Rahul Dwivedi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Anoop Kumar, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is a Safai Karmchari who was appointed on 16.12.2008. He met with an accident on 02.11.2023 and he was on medical leave from 03.11.2023 to 07.08.2024, however, the said period has not been treated to be as medical leave. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
