The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery. She was selected on 07.11.2009 as Staff Nurse and she assumed charge on 04.12.2009. The writ petitioner claims that she is liable for regularization on the post in question. 3.
