The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was appointed as Aganwadi Karyakatri, however, the income certificate has been cancelled to which a show cause notice has been issued on 22.12.2025, the writ petitioner has tendered its reply to the show cause notice on 14.01.2026 but the proceedings have not been finalized. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that now fresh income certificate has been issued. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fifth respondent, District Program Officer, District Mainpuri. 4.
