The case of the writ petitioner is that he was initially appointed as Constable on 09.10.1998 thereafter promoted as Sub Inspector and Inspector on 25.07.2022 he was transferred from GRP Gorakhpur to Sant Kabir Nagar on 12.07.2025, however in Gorakhpur, he was allotted a Government accommodation being Government Quarter No. 212-C Type- II,GRP Lines, Gorakhpur on 25.10.2021. Though the writ petitioner came to be transferred on 12.07.2025 at Sant Kabir Nagar, however, the child of the writ petitioner namely Shivam Rai studying in Class XII at Don Bosco Shool, Gorakhpur and the examinations are scheduled from February and March, 2026 and the son of the petitioner is also preparing for competitive
