The case of the writ petitioners is that they were duly selected by the Selection Committee and appointed as Assistant Teacher in the year 2003. According to the writ petitioner, an order came to be passed in their favour by the District Basic Education Officer, Aligarh on 25.03.2025 for according monetary benefits, however, though the writ petitioner is being paid the regular salary but the arrears of salary for the month of January, 2025 have not been accorded. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for direction to accord the same. 4.
