Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (A) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated-29.11.2025 passed by Respondent No.3 (Annexure No. 1) to this writ petition; (B) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to constitution of an independent medical board at a Government Medical College for fresh and objective medical examination of the petitioner; (C) Issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case; (D) Award the cost the petition in favour of the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
