At the very outset, Sri Ravi Kant Verma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2025, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
