At the very outset, Sri Sudhanshu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the respondent no. 4, whereby, petitioner has been restrained to perform his duties on the post of Block Mission Manager (Micro), Block Bhagya Nagar, District-Auraiya, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
