At the very outset, Sri Hitesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned three recovery orders dated 12.1.2026 (Financial Year 2017-18) passed by the respondent No. 3/ District Development Officer, District Siddharth Nagar, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
