He does not propose to file any counter affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable and thereafter he was promoted as Head Constable and superannuated on 31.12.2025. According to the writ petitioner, by virtue of the order dated 01.07.2025, the salary of the writ petitioner has re-fixed reducing the same from Rs.66,000/- to Rs.60200/- and on account of consequential revision to the pay to th
