Police on 01.08.1994 and thereafter, he was posted in Intelligence Department on 03.11.2004, he claims to have been awarded medals also and he was also promoted as Head Constable, an inquiry stood conducted against the writ petitioner, however, the writ petitioner was repatriated back. Now the writ petitioner claims to be restored back in the Intelligence Department. 3. Learned DSGI submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Intelligence, Intelligence Headquarters, Uttar Pradesh, 1 Gokhle Marg, Lucknow. 4.
