Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that the allegedly stolen vehicle was recovered from possession of his brother, who is a co-accused. 4. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that there is no evidence against him and he is in jail since 06.01.2026. 5. Learned APP assisted by the IO fairly admits that as regards the alleged theft of the subject vehicle, there is no evidence. As regards the recovery of the allegedly stolen vehicle, the IO has shown me in his mobile phone a clip. 6.
