CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No.0004/2026 dated 06.01.2026, registered at P.S. Sector 23 Dwarka, for commission of offences under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 323/341/506 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint of one Mr. Narender Sharma (respondent No.2 herein), who was posted as security guard at Akshardham Apartments, Sector 19 Dwarka, New Delhi. 3.
