Judgment:- 1) Petitioner, Ex-Station Master employed by Mumbai Port Trust is aggrieved by Part-I and Part-II Awards rendered by the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-II, Mumbai in Reference No. (CGIT) 2/166 of 1999. The Tribunal has rejected the Reference made in relation to dismissal of the Petitioner from service. 2) Brief facts of the case are that Petitioner was appointed as Junior Trains Clerk on 19 August 1965 in Railway Department of the erstwhile Bombay Port Trust, which is now named as Mumbai Port Trust. While working so, chargesheet dated 2 January 1995 was issued to the Petitioner proposing to hold departmental enquiry against him under the Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1976 read with the BPT Employees (Classification, Control and Appeals) Regulations, 1976.
