The present petition has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, challenging the Award dated 19.02.20102 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator in the matter titled “M/s TDI International India Ltd. v.
