These applications by the appellants/defendants1 seek condonation of delay in filing and re-filing the present appeal. The time limit for challenging a money decree as laid down under Section 13 of the Commercial Court Act, 2015, is 60 days, with the present appeal being filed after a delay of 1,000 days. 2.
