The petitioner, a resident of the State of Tamil Nadu, through the present petition seeks a direction to the respondent no. 1 i.e., Rehabilitation Council of India, to consider and decide the petitioner‟s complaint dated 06.01.2025 (hereinafter “said Complaint”), alleging professional misconduct on the part of one Dr. Priya Puri, a clinal psychologist resident 4. Respondent no. 2 is stated to be the therapist engaged by the petitioner‟s wife. It is averred that, during the pendency of matrimonial proceedings between the petitioner and his wife, a Court-appointed expert sought information from respondent No. 2, pursuant to which she is stated to have furnished categorical opinions
