It is averred that, during the pendency of matrimonial proceedings between the petitioner and his wife, a Court-appointed expert sought information from respondent No. 2, pursuant to which she is stated to have furnished categorical opinions, including opinions bearing upon allegations of domestic issues, violence and psychological harm by the petitioner on his wife. 5.
