Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 28/2024 dated 20.02.2024, registered at Cyber Police Station, Outer District, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 420/120-B/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2. Aforesaid FIR was registered on basis of complaint made by respondent no. 2 Mr. Amritpal Singh, who was made to invest in fake trading account and was thereby cheated. 3. During investigation, accused Sunil Rajput was arrested and was, subsequently, released on bail. Other accused Ashish Rajput joined the investigation and charge-sheet has already been filed against both of them for said offences.
