This appeal under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 has been filed against the judgment and order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Writ A No.12460 of 2025 (Kiran Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Others). 3. After hearing the parties what comes out is that, the writ petition challenging the selection dated 21.10.2024 was flawed at least on two grounds, firstly; denial of benefit of being handicap in the selection process as also denial of preference on account of being a Below Poverty Line (BPL) card holder. We find that the learned Single Judge has only considered the challenge so far as it was based on the disability status of the appellant-petitioner and has found no merit in it on the ground that while applying for selection, the appellant-petitioner did not disclose her disabil
