This special appeal was filed way back on 29.06.2006 challenging the judgment and order dated 06.05.2005 passed in writ petition no. 3387 (S/S) 1990. No stay order was granted in this case. We are now in the year 2026. Though the contention of the appellant's counsel is that respondent had worked only for 664 days at the time of passing of the said order, nevertheless, considering the time lapse of about 20 years since passing of the impugned judgment and there being no stay in the matter, this is hardly a matter where this Court should proceed to interfere with the impugned judgment in an intra court appeal at this stage. 3.
