By means of the instant intra court appeal, the appellants challenge the judgment and order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-A No.2846 of 1992 whereby the writ petition preferred by the private respondents was allowed with a direction to the appellants to pay the arrears of salary to the writ petitioners within a period of two months, from the date a certified copy of order was produced before the concerned Authority. 3.
