This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.03.2025 passed in Writ-A No.2601 of 2025 whereby learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition and directed the appellants to grant minimum of the pay- scale to the respondents as per 7th Pay Commission, as has been drawn by regular employees working on the said post. 2. Counsel for the respondents points out that in identical nature order passed by the learned Single Judge in Vice Chancellor, Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology Ayodhya & Anr vs. Ram Kishor Yadav & two Ors., Special Appeal Defective No.129 of 2025 has been dismissed by the Division Bench on 03.04.2025, against which, Special Leave Petition (C) No.18099 of 2025 filed by the appellants
