By means of this appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, the State has challenged the judgment and order dated 19.05.2005 passed in Writ Petition No.2524 (S/S) of 1998 [Devi Deen Singh vs. State of U.P. & Ors.] by which the writ court disposed of the said writ petition filed by the husband (since deceased) of the respondent with a direction
