This appeal is directed against order dated 07.10.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 22512 of 2024, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant against order dated 25.04.2024 passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner has been dismissed. 2. The appellant had approached the Deputy Labour Commissioner under Section 2-A of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (for short 'the Act of 1947'). The Deputy Labour Commissioner on coming to the conclusion that in terms of provisions of Section 2(l) (iii) of the Act of 1947, the same was not maintainable, closed the proceedings and advised the appellant to approach the competent authority. 3. Feeling aggrieved, the writ petition was filed. 4. Learned Single Judge, after thoroughly exam
