This appeal is directed against order dated 12.08.2021 passed by learned Single Judge in Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 351 of 2021, whereby the learned Single Judge was of the opinion that the welfare of the children prima facie appears to be more secured in the hands of grandmother-the respondent and passed order pertaining to the visitation rights of the mother. The Court further directed that the petitioners- appellants shall have right to seek review of the order after expiry of one year in case there was any change in the circumstance. 2.
