This special appeal is directed against order dated 22.07.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 11994 of 2021, whereby the writ petition filed by respondent no. 4 has been allowed. 2. Counsel for respondent no. 4 submitted that Writ-C No. 11994 of 2021 pertained to the shop situated at Indira Colony, which has been allowed, whereas the appellant was allotted the shop after cancellation of the respondent-Society's shop at Rampur qua which Writ-C No. 12058 of 2021 is still pending before learned Single Judge. 3. In view of the above fact situation, as the challenge laid by the appellant pertains to some other shop, which was involved in Writ-C No. 11994 of 2021, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable, leaving it open for the appellant to take appropriate steps in appropriate writ petition.
