This appeal is directed against order dated 13.12.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ C No. 8022 of 2017 whereby, the writ petition filed by the appellant against the award dated 19.10.2016, passed by Industrial Tribunal (4), U.P., Agra, was dismissed. 2. The appeal is barred by 739 days. 3. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. The reasons indicated in the application are wholly cursory for seeking condonation of huge delay of 739 days. 4.
