This appeal is directed against order dated 10.11.2025 passed by learned Single Judge whereby the order dated 04.04.2019 passed by the appellants was quashed and the appellants were directed to reinstate the respondent in service on the post he was holding prior to passing of the order dated 04.04.2019. 2. Further directions were given to pay 50% of the salary of the post of the respondent w.e.f. 04.04.2019 and in case the same was not paid within a period of four weeks, the same would carry interest @ 6% per annum from 04.04.2019 till the date of actual payment. 3. The appeal is barred by 56 days. 4. An application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal has been filed. 5. For the reasons indicated in the application supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed.
