This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- “I. Issue a writ, order or direction(s) to the Respondent Authorities in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ quashing and setting aside the impugned Office Order bearing S. No. 42099/CSIF/TAJ/CO/Admin/2026-748 dated 07.02.2026 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred/relieved from Taj Mahal Unit, Agra to DHEP Dulhasti; AND/OR II. In effect, the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the respondents transferring the petitioner from Agra to DHEP Dulhasti. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the entire service career, the petitioner had rendered service at various places including the extremely remote and difficult areas, all of which are located far away from his home town resulting in prolong
