Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent-State. 2. The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 27.03.2015 passed in Original Application No. 253 of 2012 (for short ‘O.A.’), passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (For short ‘Tribunal’).
