Brief facts are that on 19.11.2003, Complainant / Appellant Saroj Bala, Advocate in Patiala House Courts gave a Complaint stating that she was putting a nail in the wall for hanging the curtains on the door, when Respondent No.2 Bhupinder Singh, Advocate came inside her chamber and asked her why was she making such noise and doing thak-thak and if she did not stop it, he would slap her and abused her by saying „h***‟ and also threatened that he would not let her sit in peace in her chamber. 3.
