IGI Airport (Delhi), for commission of offence under Section 420 IPC along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Briefly stated, as per the averments appearing in the FIR, petitioner No.1-Sapnesh Kumar had induced complainant Ms. Vinita Singh and, while assuring her that he would arrange a job for her, took a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- from her. Some such amount was transferred by complainant in the account of petitioner No.2-Shubham Shrivastav and, therefore, his name also appears in the FIR. 3.
