Mr. Ramesh, Advocate for Complainants. CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 04/2025 dated 02.01.2025, registered at P.S. IGI Airport (Delhi), for commission of offence under Section 420 IPC along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Briefly stated, as per the averments appearing in the FIR, petitioner No.1-Sapnesh Kumar had induced complainant Ms. Vinita Singh and, while assuring her that he would arrange a job for her, took a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- from her. Some such amount was transferred by complainant in the account of petitioner No.2-Shubham Shrivastav and, therefore, his name also appears in the FIR. 3. Such assurance, regarding procurement of job, was apprised by complainant to Mr. Prashant Kumar, Mr. Gautam Sagar and Mr. Hitesh and they also met petitioner No.1-Sapnesh Kumar and the abovesaid amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- paid by the complainant to the accused was having Signature Not Verified Signed By:SONIA W.P.(CRL) 588/2026 1 THAPLIYAL Signing Date:21.02.2026 12:22:29 contribution from the abovesaid three persons also. 4.
