P. 275/2026 [“present Petition”], filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks the appointment of Sole Arbitrator. 2. The Petitioner/Applicant, by way of an Application dated 17.12.2025 being I.A. 3908/2026 [“present Application”], seeks condonation of delay of 2 years and 83 days in re-filing the present Petition. 3.
