No. 51/2020 was dismissed solely on the ground of non- compliance with the pre-deposit requirement under Section 18 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter „SARFAESI Act‟).
